This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs cancellations, refunds, and termination requests by customers of Diginet Technologies.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- You may request cancellation of your subscription by sending a written request (email or support ticket) at least [X] days before the next billing cycle.
- Upon cancellation, ensure all dues (subscription fees, pending bills) are cleared.
2. Refunds
- If you have paid in advance (prepaid subscription) and cancel mid-cycle, the refund amount (if any) will be calculated pro-rata, i.e. for the remaining unused period — minus any applicable administrative/processing or service-setup charges.
- No refund will be issued for partial-month usage unless explicitly agreed at sign-up.
- Refunds, if due, will be processed within [Y] working days via original payment method or bank transfer, as per our discretion.
3. Cancellation by Diginet Technologies
- We may cancel or suspend services if you violate Terms & Conditions, provide false information, abuse the service, or default in payment.
- In such cases, no refund will be due for the remaining subscription period.
4. Service Disruption / Downtime Refund Policy
- We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but in case of prolonged outages, you may be eligible for credit or partial refund as per the SLA agreed at sign-up.
- Requests for such refund/credit must be submitted within 7 days of resolution of service issue, along with the relevant ticket number.
5. Process for Refund / Cancellation

- Provide account details, subscription ID, and reason for cancellation.
- After verification and dues clearance, we will confirm cancellation and process refund (if applicable).

- As an ISP operating in India, we commit to protecting customer data and privacy. Our privacy practices follow the principles recommended by independent organisations reviewing data-handling by Indian ISPs.
- These policies apply to all users of our website and services, whether or not you are already a subscriber. The Privacy Policy shall be easily accessible from our main site homepage.
